Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 12, 2026

Tradeivum is a community-rated directory of trading education operated from Sweden. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with and how we protect it.

1. Information we collect

  • Account data: email address and login details (including Google sign-in, if used).
  • Content you create: ratings, reviews, suggested resources, saved items, watched/read status and testimonials.
  • Personal plan inputs: the trading problems and goals you enter, and the generated plans.
  • Program review proof: images you upload to verify program membership (deleted after review).
  • Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
  • Basic technical data such as browser type and error logs, used to keep the site working.

2. How we use it

  • To provide your account, library and community ratings.
  • To generate your AI personal plan.
  • To process and manage your subscription.
  • To moderate submissions and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Who we share it with

  • Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
  • OpenAI — the text you enter for a personal plan is sent to generate it. It is not stored by OpenAI for training.
  • Our hosting and database provider — to store and serve the site securely.

Data is sent to these parties only over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Public ratings and reviews are visible to other visitors.

4. Security

All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Access to data is restricted so users can only read and change their own private data, and uploaded proofs are stored privately and deleted after verification.

5. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data unless we must keep it by law (e.g. accounting records held by Stripe).

6. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, and to object to processing. You may also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY). To make a request, contact us by email at wigert.emil@gmail.com.
